2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

3. Album Access & Payment
One-Time Album Access
Purchasing album access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream the album content. The minimum payment is £3. Pay-what-you-want pricing allows you to contribute more to support the artist.
Vault Subscription
The Vault is a £4/month subscription providing access to exclusive content. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
4. Content Ownership & Licensing
Our Content
All music, artwork, and content on The Private Drop is owned by Jordan Max and protected by copyright law. You may not:
- Download, copy, or redistribute the music without permission
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Share your account credentials with others
Your Content
By posting comments on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your comments. You retain ownership of your comments but agree not to post content that is:
- Offensive, abusive, or harassing
- Infringing on others' intellectual property
- Spam or promotional material
- Illegal or encouraging illegal activity
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
5. Supporters Wall
Contributors of £10 or more may opt to appear on the Supporters Wall. By opting in, you consent to your chosen display name being publicly visible. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems to access the platform
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Reverse engineer or extract content from the platform
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for access to the platform. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
